Dolpo Amchi Namgyal Rinpoche & The Preservation of Sowa Rigpa Tradition

About Upper Dolpo Region

Nestled in the remote Himalayan district of Dolpa, the Upper Dolpo region remains far from the reach of state services and facilities. Among these, health services are particularly scarce, with limited government presence from the past to the present day.
